About

Jorge Catrain, Cobblestone Interiors Partner, is a licensed architect with an extensive background in design, build and real estate development. With more than 50 projects completed in three countries, Jorge provides the design talent and skill to transform your home into a place of pride, comfort, style and functionality.  

The son of a builder, Jorge grew up on construction sites, and knew from an early age that he wanted to be an architect, designing his own buildings and living spaces. He loves the possibility of transforming a space from bad to good, designing living spaces that compliment his clients lifestyle and living requirements. 

In 2004, Jorge’s parents came to Chicago on holiday and brought back photos of the incredible architecture & Chicago skyline. These photos planted an early seed for Jorge, and it’s no surprise that he ultimately brought his architectural talents from Spain to Chicago in 2017. In fact, one of the skyline photos that his father took back in 2004 hangs in Jorge’s office today! 

Jorge has built a team of dedicated architects and project managers, as well as a trusted network of specialized contractors who oversee every step of the Cobblestone Interiors projects, with weekly on-site client meetings, ongoing communication and project updates.
